Find us at the Emmanual Church on Castle Lane on the first Tuesday of the month, from 4pm-8pm.
Our New Just Be Me Programme will break down the whys of the way we are feeling, and then what can help- including the creative things!
Think of this as your time to rest and recharge, in whichever way or ways, that speak to you.
You decide what you need and want, and we will meet you there!
Guiding us with her warmth and expertise is Nikcollette, who is dedicated to ensuring that every participant feels heard and valued. Together, we create a space where you can connect with others who understand your journey and offer mutual support in a safe and compassionate setting.
