Just Be Labs - Community Pharmacy Project

Programme Overview:

• Type: A closed, fully-funded 12-week programme supported by The Community Pharmacy Partnership.
• Purpose: To provide a safe space for participants to connect with professionals, gain clarity, and reduce the stress and noise surrounding pregnancy loss and  fertility struggles. This programme will help you manage your emotions, find peace, and connect with others who understand your journey.

Schedule & Location:

• Location: Blackshaw Studio, 2A Rough Lane, Potterswalls Antrim, BT41 2QG (Onsite Parking Available)
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Dates: Wednesdays: September 11th, 18th, 25th | October 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th | November 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th
• Time: 6pm-9pm 

Target Audience:

• This programme is designed for parents experiencing early loss, recurrent pregnancy loss, and those trying to conceive (TTC).

Key Features:

• Support from a Dedicated Pharmacist: Receive personalised guidance on medication and supplements, helping to settle the confusion often found on social media.
• Expert-Led Sessions: Participate in four specialised sessions focusing on different aspects of chosen by YOU.
• Community Connection: Bond with a close-knit group of women sharing similar experiences, reducing isolation and fostering support.

Programme Goals:

• Equip participants with strategies and techniques to manage the emotional impact of their journey.
• Provide reassurance and validation, helping you understand that your feelings are normal and your journey is unique.
• Offer clarity and expert answers to the questions that keep running through your mind.
