The Rage Room NI Just Be Cafe

You are invited to our very special Just Be Cafe, where we will be taking over The Rage Room NI!

This event will take place on the 12th August from 11am to 5.00 pm. You can book in for your session time but are welcome to come and hang out in our social area throughout the day for snacks, lunch and chat!

Our Just Be Cafes have been about finding alternative ways to deal with the obstacles in life when dealing with grief. We love #TheRageRoomNI’s ethos around the importance of mental health being a priority and that expressing emotions can sometime need to be a physical event!
We are offering slots for groups of up to four people, so whether you’d like to attend as an individual, a couple or a group be sure to book your place. We have closed prebooking but if you are interested in attending, please do email us on hello@littleforgetmenotstrust.com and we will do our best to accomodate you.

£15 charge per person will cover your spot in The Rage Room and refreshments.
