About the Programme: The "Just Be Me" programme is a 6-month, closed-group support initiative designed for parents who are 6-18 months post-baby or child loss. If you've been participating in our Just Be Cafes and are within 6 months post-loss, you're also welcome to join. This programme offers emotional support, education, and a nurturing community to help you navigate your grief journey.
Getting To Know You First:
After you book onto the programme, Nikcollette will follow up with a general medical questionnaire, just to let us know a bit more about you. You do not need to fill this in if you do not wish to. Your space on the programme will only be confirmed once this has been filled in, Nikcollette will confirm your space directly with you via email.

When and where will the sessions be held?
The sessions will take place in two locations:
Lurgan: The Glassroom, Emmanuel Church, on the first Tuesday of each month from 16:00-20:00.
Is there any cost to participate in the programme?
We kindly suggest a £10 donation to support the programme as a gesture of commitment. However, if you're unable to make this donation, please feel free to select the free of charge option. Your participation and well-being are what's most important to us.
How do I register for the programme?
You can register directly through our website starting Tuesday, 20th August 2024, at 10 am. Spaces are limited to 8 participants per location.
Is parking available at the venues?
Yes, parking is available at both locations. For Lurgan, parking is onsite and requires payment until 18:30 via the Ringgo app (code 50131). For Omagh, parking is available at Drumragh Avenue Car Park, a 2-minute walk from the venue, also requiring payment via the Ringgo app (code 50167).

There is no option for this as this programme has been designed as an in-person experience, we want to rebuild your confidence to reconnect with your community.
