Just Be Me Grief Support Programme LURGAN Still Born

What To Expect:

This programme aims to provide peer support to mothers who have had to say goodbye to their baby, through a combination of peer support and mindful crafting. It focuses on providing mothers with a safe space to connect with others who have similar experiences, while emphasising selfcare and stillness.  

Included are 6 in person sessions over 6 months, with virtual support between.

Session 3 - 3rd June 2025 15:00-18:00

Session 4 - 1st July 2025 15:00-18:00

Session 5 - 5th August 2025 15:00-18:00

Session 6 - 2nd Sept 2025 15:00-18:00

Is this for you?

If you have been bereaved by your little baby born sleeping this programme is for you.

Please Note:

Support is available for bereaved parents, with priority given to families who are not currently receiving support from other organisations. This initiative is funded through our own fundraising efforts, and we want to reach those who may not yet have access to bereavement support.

If you are not currently engaged with other services and need support, please reach out. We are here to help.

There are no restrictions regarding the stage of pregnancy you said goodbye to your little one, we are happy to signpost you to this support if this is the most relevant group for you.
